Peter Hajdu

President & CEO,
Dura-Line Corporation

Peter Hajdu is President of Dura-Line, Mexichem’s data communications business which was previously part of the Fluent business group. Peter joined Mexichem in 2018 to lead the Dura-Line brand. Previously, he held multiple executive positions in Cisco’s EMEA and emerging markets operations. Prior to Cisco, he was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients in the chemicals, automotive, airline and banking sectors. Peter is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he obtained his MBA and Management of Technology degree.


Wes Tomaszek

Vice President, Finance

Wes Tomaszek, Vice President of Finance, joined Dura-Line in 2014.  Wes’s career spans over 30 years with significant experience in financial management, international operations, business restructuring, operational excellence, and mergers and acquisitions.  He has worked for JW Aluminum, Tyco International, and Mallinckrodt Inc. and IMCERA Group in various financial leadership roles. He began his professional career in the audit practice of Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Northwestern J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dale Wilson

Vice President,
Sales US & Canada

Dale Wilson, Vice President of Sales for U.S. and Canada, joined Dura-Line in 2013.  He has over with 30 years of experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. Previously Dale was the Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy-Energy Management, at General Electric, and led sales teams for Siemens Energy & Automation division, Atlanta, Georgia. Through sales, he also helped position Rockwell Automation Canada as the market leader in Canada. He is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.

Timothy Grimsley

Vice President,
Global Customer Engagement

Tim Grimsley, Vice President of Global Customer Engagement, began his career with Dura-Line in 1995, serving in critical roles that lead to growth in the Latin American region and the U.S. and Canada. In addition to key accounts, sales and marketing, engineering, and R&D support, Tim developed our next generation of MicroTechnology products and built the Technical Field Support group. Prior to Dura-Line, Tim spent 11 years and held various positions at NORTEL. He also worked for United Telephone and has an Engineering Degree from ITI and the University of South Florida.

Alfonso Cruz

Director of Strategy and Business Development

Alfonso Cruz comes to Dura-Line as the Director of Strategy and Business Development with more than 10 years of experience in the pipe industry with different materials such as steel, copper, and plastics worldwide. He also has experience in business growth and business restructuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the pipe and chemical industries. Alfonso has an Industrial and Organizational Systems Engineering degree from La Salle University, and holds a Triple Diploma Master's in International Management (Msc) from ICN Business School from France and Bologna University (Italy) as well as an MBA from ECUST in China.
